Mission and Vision

Urged by the Lord's compassionate love, challenged by the need of the time, we, the Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross commit ourselves with the objectives of upliftment of the differently abled. We strive towards a new society of wholesome individuals, families, and communities where poor and underprivileged children are cared for. We are moved by the inspiring words of our founders. *As long as there is a poor child under the sun, I cannot rest" (Fr. Theodosius Florentini). "Discover the grain of gold hidden in every person's heart" (Mother Maria Theresa Scherer). We earnestly desire to bringing about attitudinal change in ourselves and society. We adopt participatory and integrated approaches at all levels of our involvement. Living in a pluralistic society, we want to further network and collaborate with like-minded people, groups, and governments.
